24 Hour Cancellation Policy
In order to ensure we provide the best service possible, cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time or will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
All hair-care products sold will be available to exchange for another. No cash refund will be accepted. All services have a limited time guarantee of two weeks. In this time, if you are not satisfied, the service you received will be redone at no expense.
On returned checks, there is a $20.00 return check fee.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
Spa Etiquette and Staff
Etiquette in the Spa To ensure a serene environment, please turn cell phones and pagers off before arrival to preserve the tranquility of your spa experience. Smoking is not permitted in the salon or spa area.
If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, please do so. We are happy to have clients work with all staff members.
